Creating a table with collapsible sections
A table that has collapsible sections is called a table with row captions. Row captions look like maximize and minimize buttons for windows, and are used to expand and collapse rows.

Using captions allow you to hide information in one row, but display information in another.

This is an example of a table with three rows (Caption 1, 2, and 3) and two columns, with the first captioned row expanded:

1. Put the document in edit mode.

2. Click where you want the table to appear.

3. Click Create > Table.

4. Under Table Size, specify the number of rows and columns in the table.

5. Select how you want to determine the width of the table.

6. Under Table Type, click the caption table button. Icon for a caption table in the create table properties  box

7. Click OK.
