Abstract:
In summary, this study investigates and analyzes three main tasks as following: - Scientific literature in the field of Business Process Management as a holistic approach, and Process Modeling, Process Optimization and Performance Measurement as topics that are included in the context of BPM; - Modeling the core process of Certification Bodies; - Current existing Performance Measurement techniques in order to develop an efficient framework for SBCs.
